  • We specialize in connecting busy parents with extraordinary staff, including family assistants, nannies, personal assistants, and more. We also offer options for virtual support for families who might need part time or occasional assistance, and a vetted network of vendors that our families can utilize.

  • Our process begins with a detailed consultation and intake call to understand your specific requirements and preferences. We then carefully screen and interview potential candidates, presenting you with a shortlist of individuals who best fit your criteria. Once you've selected a candidate, we assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

  • Our fees vary depending on the complexity of the placement. We can provide more accurate pricing during the initial consultation. A retainer fee of $500 is required to begin a search, and is credited to the balance once a placement is secured. Once the placement is finalized, 18% of the placements yearly compensation will be due.

  • We offer ongoing support after the placement. We remain available to address any concerns, facilitate communication, and provide guidance for a successful and long-lasting relationship. Our network of reliable vendors is included for 6 months after the placement.

  • Our network of trusted vendors has been built for over a decade of doing business in Orange County. Through firsthand experience, we've come to understand that not all vendors are created equal, and the exceptional ones truly distinguish themselves. Whether you need a dependable handyman, transportation to LAX, or a tutor for your kids, we have the right connections. What's even more convenient is that access to our network is included complimentarily for all of our clients.
