FOR FAMILIES

  • Use the contact page to send an initial inquiry, or email us directly at hello@executivenannies.com.

  • Upon your inquiry, expect to receive an email requesting additional information and providing a link to set up an introductory video call. During the call, we will discuss our search requirements, policies, and any other information necessary to initiate the search process.

  • Following our meeting, we will send you the contract, retainer, and other essential information. This package will also include questionnaires about your family life to facilitate the best match. We will draft your job description, share it with you for review, and then commence the candidate sourcing process. The entire procedure typically takes a couple of weeks, contingent upon the prompt submission of the questionnaires.

  • Our objective is to present you with 2-3 highly qualified candidates. Following your interviews with them, we encourage you to provide feedback. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to the search or proceed to schedule a trial day.

  • Paid trial days are mandatory before extending an offer letter. Ensuring a good fit for all parties involved is crucial, and a trial day serves as one of the most effective ways to achieve this goal.

  • Once you've selected a candidate to proceed with, you'll create an offer letter and contract to present to the candidate. Yay! Don’t worry, we will be here to help you every step of the way!

FOR CANDIDATES

  • Complete the contact form on the website, and anticipate hearing from us within 24 hours regarding the next steps.

  • After submitting your inquiry, you will receive a link to submit your resume and provide basic contact information to set up your account with us.

  • Upon processing your information, we will contact you to arrange a video interview. During this interview, we will discuss our agency and address any questions you may have.

  • Once your account is activated, we can begin sending you job opportunities that align with your profile. Alternatively, you can explore our job board and indicate your interest in specific positions.

  • Interviews may occur through video calls or in person, and there could be multiple rounds involved in the interview process.

  • A trial day is a compulsory step for all our placements. We strongly believe it serves as an excellent method to assess the compatibility of the match.

  • If the process is proceeding smoothly, anticipate receiving an offer letter from the family, followed by the presentation of a contract.
